MORRIS MOTLEY aims to provide you the best in mens grooming and in customer service, however there are some ground rules.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

MORRIS MOTLEY ship all orders within 1 business day from receiving the order (excluding promotional periods), therefore we unfortunately cannot accept any changes made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation if possible.
We advise all emails regarding cancellations be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the Subject field of the email to ensure a quick response. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

As we process and ship all orders daily, we unfortunately cannot accept any address changes after your order has been placed. We want to make sure you receive your MORRIS MOTLEY product, so ensure you enter the right shipping address and the right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. This is your responsibility. All address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation if possible.
We advise all emails regarding change of address be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your details for you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS HELD BY LOCAL CUSTOMS?

If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs. MORRIS MOTLEY is not liable to contact customs officials and is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If your delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

CAN I ADD PRODUCT OR CHANGE SHIPPING METHODS?

Once your order has been submitted we cannot amend the type of shipping or change / add products to your order.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING:

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel please contact your local postal service to follow up the issue. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, MORRIS MOTLEY will review your case and aim to help provide a solution if possible.
We cannot be held responsible when packages marked as delivered to a certain address have not been received. To avoid this, we provide our customers Registered Post / Signature on Delivery as a postage option.

Promotional and limited edition products.

On occasion, Morris Motley will offer limited edition products and promotions. During these periods, products are essentially being made to order, which means that dispatch and shipping times are longer. We will always work tirelessly to get your products to you as soon as possible, but do ask customers to be patient during these periods.

TREATMENT STYLING BALM

The TREATMENT STYLING BALM is packed with Australian Clay that swells into the hair on impact absorbing moisture, thickening the hair and creating a matte finish. Water soluble.

CHROME

CHROME’S dynamic formulation both creates a sheen while the use of Australian clays continually fight off excess oil. Our exclusive formula creates a strong hold with a slight sheen. Water soluble.

TREATMENT CLEANSING OIL

The TREATMENT CLEANSING OIL is loaded with Jojoba esters nourishing the scalp and hair. Unlike traditional shampoos that strip the natural oils from the scalp, our in-house formulation purifies and conditions in one step.
Our exclusive formula mimics the scalps natural oils, magnetising impurities to the oil formulation. Your hair is left cleansed and frizz free. ideal for irritable scalps.

OAKMOSS EXTRAIT DE PARFUM

OAKMOSS is the newest addition to the MORRIS MOTLEY product line. OAKMOSS is a collaboration between founder ROB MASON and renowned perfumer KARINE VINCHON-SPEHNER. All ingredients have been sourced from around the world and cultivated in France, Grasse. Our potent formula is complex and rich in notes of OAKMOSS, LEATHER, COCAINE, WHITE PEPPER, PATCHOULI and OUD.
