Q: Can I book in for a haircut?
A: Since January 2018, MORRIS MOTLEY closed it’s doors to haircutting, now focusing on our expanding grooming line.
Q: How soon will I receive my package?
A: We ship daily, within Australia you will receive your package within 1-2 business days. International capital cities 10 business days. International delivery to certain countries may take significantly longer than indicated due to customs delays, among other reasons.
During promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times can be longer due to amount of orders.
Q: I have curly, unmanageable hair, what product should I use?
A: We recommend using a combination of the TREATMENT CLEANSING OIL. The TCO is a 2-1 shampoo and conditioner oil, retaining your natural texture and resulting in minimal frizz.
Q: I have thick unmanageable hair, what product do I use?
A: We recommend CHROME. CHROME will create a super hold with a build-able sheen.
Q: I have fine hair, what product do I use?
A: We recommend the TREATMENT STYLING BALM. the TSB contains Australian clay that swells on impact creating thick, pliable hair.
Q: I want a clean slick back style, what product do I use?
A: We recommend CHROME. CHROME will create a super hold with a build-able sheen. Comb back through the hair apply as much as you desire. 24hr hold, water soluble.
