If your purchase isn't quite right you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please email help@morrismotley.com Items must be returned to us unused with all packaging still intact. Please note, fragrance is final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at help@morrismotley.com prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

In the vent your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at help@morrismotley.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

MORRIS MOTLEY holds your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Your information is stored behind a 'firewall' to prevent breaches of privacy. Credit card details are processed via a secure browser. We do not store your credit card details.
